And this is exactly what we still do every day at AllSearch. We like to say that we are "Professionals Placing Professionals." As a refreshing change to the normal staffing firm environment of pushy salespeople just trying to make a placement as quickly as they can, the AllSearch approach to recruiting is based on long term relationships. Unfortunately, we can't help everyone that we deal with. The perfect job is not always immediately available for every talented individual we interact with. The perfect employee is not always immediately available for every fantastic employer that calls us. Making successful long term employment matches is not about speed. It is about truly getting to know the job seekers and the employers. AllSearch has done this by building a deep database of unique, passive talent, sourced directly through a variety of creative techniques. This approach enables AllSearch to serve as a staffing consultant to employers and a true career "agent" to job seekers, not just a recruiter.
