Biography
Prior to co-founding AllSearch in 2002, and serving as the lead IT Recruiter, Brian spent many years as a Programmer and Business Systems Analyst, working as a consultant on a wide variety of enterprise level development projects across the country, within several Fortune 500 companies. In 2007, Brian was the proud recipient of the 1st Annual AllSearch Recruiter of the Year Award. Brian is a graduate of Towson State University and lives in southern Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.

What I do for my clients and candidates...
I make extensive use of my prior Programming/Business Systems Analyst exposure to fully understand what my IT candidates are looking for in their career, as well as to understand exactly the type of candidates that our clients are looking for. Long term relationships, getting to know people over a period of years, and truly caring about the long term path of our candidates' careers are the cornerstones of AllSearch. I've known many of my IT contacts/candidates for 5+ years. What I most love about recruiting, and what excites me about coming to work each day, is the prospect of getting to know someone today and then watching their career progress over many years, assisting them directly where I can, advising when prudent and standing aside when appropriate and ethical.
