Biography
In addition to running the day-to-day operations of AllSearch, Jason also continues to recruit and place skilled professionals in AllSearch's Insurance Division as he has done since AllSearch's founding in 2002. Prior to co-founding AllSearch, Jason gained his staffing industry experience beginning in 1999, placing both direct hire and temporary staff at a staffing firm in Pennsylvania. Jason eventually worked his way up from a Sales/Recruiting position to key Management positions within the same firm. Jason is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania and lives with his wife and two children in southern Pennsylvania.
What I do for my clients and candidates...
I am not a salesman just looking to make a placement. This is probably the best "thing" I do for my candidates and clients. The reason I love being a Recruiter, the reason I started this company, is that I personally thrive on making great connections. My clients have specific needs. The job seekers I assist have specific needs. My needs, a recruiter's needs, should never enter the equation. Thus, I take great pride in building deep relationships with the job seekers that I assist. Sometimes, the perfect match presents itself right away, however; many times I will know a candidate for many years before the perfect match becomes available for them. During this process, I stay in touch, find out exactly what they are looking for in their next move, give updates, answer any questions I can, give helpful advice, etc. I am a true career consultant to the professionals that I assist. Because of the way I recruit, I have been able to develop a deep network of skilled insurance professionals. The ability to tap into this network is the biggest "asset" that I can offer my employer clients. |
