Biography
Prior to co-founding AllSearch, Mike gained insight to the Sales, Finance, Banking and Mortgage industries at a large, well-known national financial institution, where he served as a Branch Sales Manager for nearly seven years. Mike carried that knowledge over to AllSearch where he now focuses on the recruitment of Mortage and Banking professionals, as well as Sales and Management professionals. He has developed relationships with clients ranging from Credit Unions and Community/Regional Banks to National Consumer Finance and National Mortgage Companies. Mike is a graduate of Towson State University and lives in southern Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.

What I do for my clients and candidates...
Launching both the Sales and Management and the Banking and Mortgage Divisions of AllSearch has allowed me to form relationships with countless candidates and clients over the years in those specific industries. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people, making new contacts and establishing new relationships. Whether I am able to make the match right away or if it takes several months or even years, there is nothing more rewarding than making the "perfect match" between candidate and client.
