Biography
Melissa joined the AllSearch team in 2005, bringing 20+ years of administrative, operations and accounting experience to AllSearch. She has worked in a wide variety of industries, from large financial institutions and asset management firms, to small, local non-profit organizations. After developing and implementing several accounting and administrative processes to streamline the operation of the corporate office, Melissa now splits her time between "taking care of the books" and growing AllSearch's marketing and advertising efforts. Melissa is a graduate of Towson University and lives in Baltimore, Maryland with her husband.

Although not part of the recruiting team, I take my role very seriously when it comes to being available for our clients and candidates, as questions or needs arise. Our clients and candidates are the heart of our business and great communication is the key to my success in keeping them happy and giving them a sense of confidence in what we do as an organization.
