Competitive pay
For most Recruiting and Sales positions, we offer a variety of different compensation packages that are flexible to meet each employee's personal needs. Depending on your personal situation, we can tailor a package that combines a base salary, guaranteed draw, strong commission potential, bonus program and more. In Sales & Recruiting with AllSearch, there is never a limit to the income you can earn. Overall, our base compensation across the board beats the industry and market averages.

Comprehensive Health, Dental and Group Life Insurance
We offer company paid medical, dental and group life insurance coverage to all of our employees who work at least 30 hours per week. As an added benefit to our medical coverage, we contribute to a portable Health Savings Account for each employee who participates in the medical insurance plan. We also offer optional medical coverage benefits for dependents, through pre-tax payroll deductions.

Annual Paid Leave
Generous vacation and medical leave, most federal holidays, the day after Thanksgiving and occasionally additional days off during the holiday season.

Retirement Savings Plan
AllSearch's SIMPLE IRA plan is available immediately upon hire, with matching contributions of up to 3% of an employee's annual earnings at the end of each year.

Employee Referral Bonus
Once employed by AllSearch, if we hire someone internally that was referred by you, we pay you a $500 Referral Bonus.

Casual Dress Code
Unless you are meeting directly with a candidate or client, casual is the office dress code. Wear your jeans and a T-shirt, ditch the stuffy suit and tie!

A benefit that all of our employee LOVE! In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, including snacks, breakfast and lunch items, sodas, juice and premium coffees in our corporate office, our employees also enjoy Pizza Wednesday and Bagel Friday each week.

Flexible Work Schedules
While 8am-5pm is the standard, we don't punch a clock at AllSearch. As you are a professional, we give you the flexibility to alter your scheudle as needed, assuming you are getting your job done!
