Recruiter Trainee Program:
AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc., a well respected and rapidly growing professional recruiting firm, has an immediate need for a Recruiter Trainee to join our company. In our Recruiter Trainee program, you will learn what it takes to be a great Recruiter at AllSearch by working alongside a team of top producers in the industry. The duties of a Recruiter Trainee include aggressively sourcing and placing the best talent in the country. Upon learning the basics and excelling in our formal Trainee Program, you will be immediately promoted into a Recruiter position with AllSearch. As a Recruiter at AllSearch, you will be in a position to earn $100k annually in your first 18-24 months. From there, you will have a clearly defined career path, taking you to Branch Manager, then Regional Manager and then Senior Management, as our company continues to grow nationally.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Assertive & competitive personality
- Desire to excel in a professional sales career
- Excellent computer and communication skills
*Participation in college or professional athletics a plus
*Prior sales experience a plus, but not required
