AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. Celebrates Its Five Year Anniversary

(Hunt Valley, MD) - Five years ago, three Baltimore-based entrepreneurs set out on the biggest adventure of their professional careers - opening up their own Professional Staffing Firm. Five years later, all three say they can't imagine doing anything else!

Originally formed as APEX Professional Staffing, Inc., brothers Jason and Brian Connors, along with business partner Michael Bender, started the professional staffing firm when they saw the need for professional, candidate-focused staffing services in the industry. Says CEO Jason Connors, "While there were many staffing firms out there surfing the job boards, churning through resumes, we knew that creating long-term relationships with professionals in the marketplace could bring real value to our clients and candidates."

The long-term relationships that AllSearch has built, and continues to build, with passive jobseekers has allowed them to grow their internal database of talent to an impressive level. "We can dig deep, finding that 'impossible to find' talent that our clients don't have the same access to." adds Connors. After two office moves into larger corporate offices, the launch of their clerical/temporary subsidiary, and the opening of two additional branches in Denver and Boston, the firm decided to change its name to more accurately reflect their business. In November 2006, after input from the entire staff, AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. was born.

Over the past five years, the company has grown by leaps and bounds, increasing revenues by nearly 175%, and earning many prestigious honors along the way. AllSearch has been included in the Baltimore Business Journal's Top Professional Search Firms in Baltimore, Inc Magazine's Inc 5000 list as well as receiving second place honors in the small business category of the Baltimore Business Journal's Best Places to Work in Baltimore contest.
