AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. Celebrates Six Years in Business

(Hunt Valley, MD) - AllSearch, a leading Baltimore-based professional staffing firm, celebrated its sixth year anniversary this week -- to be marked at the end of the month by the launch of their brand new interactive website. Over the past six years, AllSearch has grown to 16 employees, opened three additional branch locations across the country, while receiving accolades and winning numerous local and national awards.

Founded in 2002, by three Baltimore-based entrepreneurs, AllSearch prides itself on the way it does business. "To get to where we are today, we have never sacrificed quality for quantity. Could we be a larger firm today? Sure, but our company core value of Quality versus Quantity has remained unchanged since the first day we opened our doors We may not be the biggest firm in the country yet, but we believe we are the best!" said Co-Founder and CEO Jason Connors.

The Early Days... Originally formed as APEX Professional Staffing, Inc., brothers Jason and Brian Connors, along with business partner Michael Bender, started the professional staffing firm when they saw the need for professional, candidate-focused staffing services. Says co-founder Mike Bender, "We have certainly come a long way over the last several years…having started this business out of a very small office, with three phones, a couple of computers and less than a handful of clients."

Continued Success... Over the past six years, the company has grown by leaps and bounds, increasing revenues by 1,333% from 2002 to 2007 and earning many prestigious honors along the way. Among the many awards AllSearch has received over the years, in 2008 they ranked #9 in the Baltimore Business Journal's Top Professional Search Firms in the Baltimore area. This was a particularly significant honor for AllSearch, as this marked their first year jumping in to the Top 10. "We are thrilled with the growth we have experienced over the last six years, and even more excited about our expected growth in the future. Our clients and candidates count on us to deliver and we continue to do so year after year," said Co-Founder and IT Division Director Brian Connors.

Since AllSearch launched their staffing services business in 2002, they have placed over 1,000 candidates and have made placements in 26 different states. AllSearch's most recent branch opening, in July of 2008 in South Central Pennsylvania, is yet another illustration of their continued growth, as well as the marketplace's need for quality staffing services. "While news continues to spread about economic woes in our country, we have continued to expand. Just this year we opened our fourth location, completed work on a significant new website, added an internal Recruiter Trainee Program and more. As our clients have growing needs to find the best of the best talent, even in a slower economy, we must continue to grow in order to support them," said Co-Founder & CEO Jason Connors.
