AllSearch Professional Staffing Named #1 Best Place to Work by Baltimore Business Journal

(Hunt Valley, MD) - AllSearch Professional Staffing is excited to announce they were named Baltimore's "Best Place to Work" by the Baltimore Business Journal. Not only did AllSearch come in at #1 in the small business category, they also took home the honor of Overall Winner, over all categories. The contest, which honors small, mid-size and large companies in the Baltimore area, was based on an anonymous employee survey conducted by the BBJ this past spring.

AllSearch's employees were surveyed on a variety of categories, including company culture and employee benefits, and asked to give honest feedback on why they think AllSearch is the greatest place to work. Josh Mathison, a Clerical Recruiter at AllSearch says, "It's a relaxed and fun environment, but at the same time we hit our numbers and work hard as a team!"

AllSearch CEO and co-founder Jason Connors, who accepted the award at a ceremony on September 18th, says, "...employees stay happy because of benefits, including 401k, 100% paid health care coverage and profit sharing bonuses."
