After a few early years of living the start-up life, and grinding, grinding, grinding…everything just took off. Beyond the company headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland…opened 3 branch offices across the country in Boston, Massachusetts; Denver, Colorado; and York/Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
APEX made the decision to change its name to AllSearch
to better portray who we are and what we do, search for all manner of elite, talented business professionals in the areas of Sales & Management, Technology, Insurance, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, and HR.
AllSearch was very proud to be honored by the Baltimore Business Journal’s during their annual “Best Places to Work” awards, landing the #1 spot in the Small Business category, as well as to the prestigious “Inc. 5000” List of Fastest Growing Companies in the United States. It was quite a year.
AllSearch was nominated again, this time voted as THE #1 overall “Best Company to Work For in Baltimore” by the Baltimore Business Journal.
AllSearch was ranked as one of the Top 10 Professional Search Firms based in Baltimore by the Baltimore Business Journal.
AllSearch made the decision to centralize their core professional recruiting team and relocate their corporate headquarters to York, Pennsylvania.
AllSearch pivoted from a more widely diversified professional recruiting agency, to one that instead focused more specifically within the areas of Sales & Management, Technology Management and Insurance. During this stretch the firm past the thresholds of placing candidates in 46 states and 6 countries.
AllSearch made the decision to launch an aggressive growth effort to more effectively serve an ever-widening base of clients all across the United States. During the first year of that growth effort, the firm doubled in size and outgrew its York, Pennsylvania headquarters. In 2016 the company hit our 14th anniversary, and was proud to celebrate the milestones of our 2,500th placement and 500th client served.
AllSearch continues to grow and expand, bolstering the firm’s national Sales Recruiting Team with the addition of strong talented Sales Recruiting professionals to focus on a variety of specialties such as Manufacturing, Building Products and Industrial sectors. AllSearch also expanded their Insurance Recruiting Practice, bringing in a long time Insurance Industry veteran as the Division Manager to increase insurance industry expertise and recruiting reach. The firm also launched their internal Business Development Associate Program, designed to hire and develop young talent into successful Recruiting Professionals. The first round of talent has been hired into this program, and the future is extremely bright for those Associates. Additions have also made to the internal recruiting and sourcing support team, with a focus on maximizing current day technology & sourcing techniques, in order to find the best possible talent for our employer client base.
The firm has now tripled in size since the fall of 2015 and is once again pushing the occupancy limits of their York headquarters, and will likely have to move to yet another expanded office by year end. New team members who joined the firm just a year ago are already seeing promotions into Leadership roles, and that trend will continue. AllSearch’s goal remains to become the finest, most prestigious Professional Search firm in the United States.
AllSearch has continued to expand and strengthen both of it’s primary professional recruiting divisions. Both the Sales & Management practice and the Insurance practice have become the go-to search firm for a great many fast-growing companies across the United States.
