How do you spend your free time?
I spend my free time either vegging out on the couch with my son, nose deep in a self-improvement/spiritual book, working out or EATING!

Who’s your idol/hero/inspiration?
Jim Carrey – Starting out in his acting/comedy career came from lessons learned as a young child to take those leaps of faith in things you’re passionate about. As a celebrity that holds much power in society, he decided to use what he’s learned to help others find their meaning. Through self-acceptance, taking risks, being present and your inner work will guide you to your path.
What’s the best advice for a job seeker?
- Mark yourself open for opportunities on LinkedIn
- Keep your resume as current and fresh as possible on as many job boards as you can
- Network, network, network!
Proudest Placement:
“My proudest placement was one that just occurred a few weeks ago! I had come across a stellar plumbing candidate who was looking for his “home.” In our conversations, he thoroughly enjoyed doing what was necessary to promote great customer service and be as customer facing as possible. Also, as a man of his faith, he struggled with not having a suitable schedule to attend church as he would have liked to.
He ended up with a project sales opportunity with a smaller, privately held mechanical contractor that promoted the exact same moral compass within a company, as he carried throughout his life. To top it off, he is starting at a financial point that will give him additional freedoms (and still climb that ladder) along with the autonomy to create his schedule AND attend church and other family functions he’s missed out on before.
I remember speaking to him during the interview process and at one point, he had thanked me a million times over, not for the opportunity, but for coming into his life and bringing to him what he had been praying for, for months.”
