The client in this case study was a multi-state real estate entity operating as both an owner, operator, and third-party manager for office and industrial properties.
Challenge:
The client had multiple fall offs from a previous recruiting firm in Chicago, IL and Columbus, OH. The failed placements had a significant impact on the client since these individuals were Senior Property Managers administrating staff and 15-25 properties as well. The fall offs had created complete mistrust of recruiters. Allsearch Real Estate was one of probably a dozen firms that they contacted.
They were hoping to fill the role with whoever sent them a candidate without thinking about a long-term partnership. The downside of this recruiting style is the market saturation it creates and empty noise.

We knew that talent delivery had to encompass two simple principles: speed and thoroughness. Already understanding the Senior Property Manager profiles well, we launched into a 24-hour candidate presentation goal. We hit our contacts in the two cities, reaching out to new contacts and making phone calls. We provided real information to candidates about the identity of the client, what they wanted in a new hire, and how they needed to fit the position.
Result:
After 24 hours we had 3 candidates to present out in Chicago and 2 out in Columbus. We filled the Chicago position within 1 week of the presentations and in Columbus we found 2 more candidates stronger than the first and filled the role in 2 weeks.
