I interviewed 5 firms and narrowed to AllSearch. From a execution standpoint, AllSearch not only worked very hard to learn our industry specifically, but also used their industrial contacts to infiltrate our sector specifically. I had as much interaction with them as with our own staff. They communicated well, trained on our screening process, and quickly located quality candidates. Alicia Smith is the best!! She not only informed me about a great job opening, she stayed up to date with me as well as the people I were interviewing with. She always sent me the necessary details as well as some great tips for the interviews! The whole process went seamlessly due to her professional etiquette as well as down to earth personality. Prior to working with Mike Bender and his team, I had been working primarily with another recruiting company with limited success. We were looking to hire a sales representative and a customer service representative at the time and could not get any traction. He always communicated with me where the company was with my application, he pushed for interviews, and set them up on my behalf.
