I have been working with AllSearch Recruiting for over a decade and have had very positive experiences. Our company has 38 locations in the US and All Search has helped us fill positions in a high majority of them. I interviewed 5 firms and narrowed to AllSearch. From a execution standpoint, AllSearch not only worked very hard to learn our industry specifically, but also used their industrial contacts to infiltrate our sector specifically. I had as much interaction with them as with our own staff. They communicated well, trained on our screening process, and quickly located quality candidates. They also helped with the closing and negotiation process. Bottom line, they had a hand in over half of our candidates. Nearly a dozen key hires in total.
