The client was one of the top country clubs in Florida and located in the southeastern portion of the state. Their goal was to strive for perfection in the member experience.
Challenge:
After the recent departure of the Director of Facilities due to illness, the club reached out to AR Real Estate to enlist the help of a property expert. The quality of standards that exist at this club made the search for a Director of Facilities a bit more complex. They needed a new hire with in-person polish and acumen to interact with members while still relating to the building engineers and facility staff that executed the tough work on a daily basis.
