What is my favorite quote? “There’s no reason to have a plan B because it distracts from plan A.” – If you truly want something, if you truly want to make a dream a reality, then focus everything you have on that dream…no matter what anyone says, no matter how many setbacks occur. I love this quote and believe every word of it.
What motivates you? My motivation and personal mission is providing an enjoyable work day for as many people as I can. We all have to work, almost all day, almost all our lives. Let’s make the workplace one where we can all conquer challenge, have fun, grow, create win/win’s, and improve the lives of those we encounter. When that is accomplished, we “want” and “get” to work, rather than “have” to work.
Who is your hero? My dad. He taught me everything I know! I learned how to work hard, how to be a good father, how to be a good husband, how to ride a motorcycle, how to sacrifice everything for those that you love, how to deal with terrible situations and make the best of it, and most importantly, how to never give up!
