I interviewed 5 firms and narrowed to AllSearch. From a execution standpoint, AllSearch not only worked very hard to learn our industry specifically, but also used their industrial contacts to infiltrate our sector specifically. I had as much interaction with them as with our own staff. They communicated well, trained on our screening process, and quickly located quality candidates.
