We were looking to hire a sales representative and a customer service representative at the time and could not get any traction. I interviewed 5 firms and narrowed to AllSearch. From a execution standpoint, AllSearch not only worked very hard to learn our industry specifically, but also used their industrial contacts to infiltrate our sector specifically. He always communicated with me where the company was with my application, he pushed for interviews, and set them up on my behalf.
