I interviewed 5 firms and narrowed to AllSearch. From a execution standpoint, AllSearch not only worked very hard to learn our industry specifically, but also used their industrial contacts to infiltrate our sector specifically. I had as much interaction with them as with our own staff. They communicated well, trained on our screening process, and quickly located quality candidates. Prior to working with Mike Bender and his team, I had been working primarily with another recruiting company with limited success.
