When AllSearch was born back in 2002, Brian, Mike and Jason had a simple goal of just doing a better job than the masses of other recruiters out there. The plan was to focus on quality over quantity, be honest and ethical in our approach – to be the best, not the biggest. Out of that simple goal,  20 years later, has come the placement of over 5,000 talented professional candidates with over 1,000 companies in 48 states and in 8 countries. This goal has been achieved while growing a fun, warm, friendly, inviting, award winning workplace. A work environment where our team can enjoy coming to work, where they can feel safe in their job security, and feel completely at home every day.
