I interviewed 5 firms and narrowed to AllSearch. From a execution standpoint, AllSearch not only worked very hard to learn our industry specifically, but also used their industrial contacts to infiltrate our sector specifically. I had as much interaction with them as with our own staff. They communicated well, trained on our screening process, and quickly located quality candidates. I have been working with AllSearch Recruiting for over a decade and have had very positive experiences. Our company has 38 locations in the US and All Search has helped us fill positions in a high majority of them. As a company we do use other recruiters in addition to AllSearch and we have paid subscriptions with Indeed, LinkedIn and Glassdoor…but none of them have filled more positions than AllSearch.
