Client Background:
The client, a multi-state senior living/active adult owner, reached out to AllSearch Recruiting Real Estate in hopes of filling roles from Leasing pros to Executive Directors.
Challenge:
With new HR leadership coming into the company and a number of properties being recently purchased by the client, AR Real Estate was tasked with working to find the holes that needed filled and solving these challenges quickly.
The roles ranged from Leasing Consultants to Executive Director/Community Managers across 15 states. With approx. 21 openings we had to provide strategic consulting on which roles to fill first and layout the plan to fill the second tier roles.
AR Real Estate Approach:
Speed, Speed, Speed was the approach. From the decision of taking the work on and feeling comfortable with knowing the client would move on the candidates we took a run at the first 9 most pressing roles. Each role had it’s own set of challenges; bad reviews, sizeable turnover, repairs needed at properties, etc. Our goal was to be honest with candidates the realities but also the upside of the client. Trust and honestly reflect heavily with both candidate and client and only increases the speed at which placements happen.
Result:
Within 2 weeks we had 7 out of the 9 filled with the other 2 being filled by the client. Out of the other 12 remaining we came up with a plan to fill all of them over a 2 month period which gave the client time to onboard and set priorities.
