Mary’s career has been much the same, having worked within Staffing for much of the past 25 years, spanning a variety of brand name Recruiting and Staffing firms. Mary could have worked anywhere and was courted by quite a few top Recruiting Agencies, but in the end she chose AllSearch as the most relevant spot for her continued Recruiting career.
Mary brings more than two decades of Staffing & Recruiting experience into the AllSearch organization. Mary was offered a position as an AllSearch Recruiter passion for helping people, which blends perfectly with AllSearch’s “People First” mission. Her drive to change her candidates lives for the better is a philosophy that blends in perfectly with the AllSearch Mission and Values. Mary has lived all around the world! She was born in Ohio but her family decided to move to California where she spent 16 years until they decided to move to Arizona. She spent 6 years in Arizona until she decided to take a leap of faith and travel Europe. Mary’s experience with other cultures has been life changing and really helps her related to other people. She traveled to many countries that most people will never have the opportunity to experience. She is a huge runner her whole life and met her now husband who also shared the passion of running. Mary eventually moved back to the United States and has been helping people find happiness in their career ever since.
