Jason began his career in construction for working as a Project Manager for five years for a General Contractor where he built commercial and residential projects, unfortunately during this period he was in an accident and forced to take a hiatus from work. After making a full recovery, Jason spent time in Costa Rica, teaching English at an international school and enjoying the “Pura Vida” lifestyle. After two unbelievable years in Costa Rica, he moved back to the US and has spent the last 7 years as a Recruiter, placing top talent in management positions for an array of GCs, developers, developer/builders, and specialty contractors. He and his wife currently reside in Berks County, Pennsylvania with their seven-year-old daughter and love it.
