Kasey brings nearly 20 years of experience in high level recruiting and AllSearch is excited to have her join the team.
Kasey was born and raised in Bucks County, PA. She attended college at Kutztown University, receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish & Communications. She spent 3 months in Costa Rica teaching English and learning Spanish and landed her very first job as a Spanish Customer Service agent at a thriving start up outside of Philadelphia. What Kasey didn’t anticipate was that this job would ignite a passion in her for the startup grit and culture, and carve the path for her future career moves & opportunities. Kasey spent the better part of 15 years in corporate recruiting and people & culture roles at high tech startups before deciding to transition to a full-time executive search position. Kasey has always had a passion for networking & recruiting and describes her introduction to AllSearch as serendipitous and a perfect blend of all her past experiences! Outside of work Kasey enjoys DIY projects (including the seemingly endless renovations at her farmhouse), anything crafty, exercising, spending time with her children, car karaoke, travelling, O.A.R., camping, fire pits, hiking and snuggling with her two boxer dogs.
