Heather was born and raised in Lima, OH. She was a 3-sport athlete playing basketball, softball and tennis. She continued her basketball career at Bluffton University where she studied Business Management. Heather started her career in property management in Dayton and Cincinnati. She then moved closer to family and that is when she discovered her love for recruiting. She was drawn to the AllSearch family by the company culture and passion for helping people.
“Fun Fact: I am a life-long Cleveland Browns fan, for better or worse. I got to sit in the Dawg Pound for my first game last season and had the best time watching the Browns win!” Heather says.
