Ellyon is a May 2022 Graduate from Shippensburg University with a major in Entrepreneurship and AllSearch is thrilled to have her join the team. She was born and raised in Pennsylvania and currently resides in Chambersburg, PA. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, binging Netflix and buying new plants. The Recruiter Development Program is an intensive 32-month rotational training program that is built to equip individuals with all the skills needed to become a Professional Recruiter via focusing on 3 critical components of the job for periods of 4 to 16 months with hands on guided training by seasoned professionals. Following the Recruiter Development Program, individuals will advance to the title of Professional Recruiter, being able to take advantage of AllSearch Recruiting’s Work from Anywhere policy and be 100% remote.
