Cathy was born and raised in Arizona and will be working as a fully remote recruiter from her home in beautiful Gilbert, Arizona. Cathy got her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Arizona State University in 2010, but quickly realized her bubbly personality was not a fit for the Finance world. After spending a few years working in Private Education, she made a career shift into recruiting in 2018 with a local firm in Phoenix where she recruited nationally for the Heavy Equipment Industry. After 4+ years with that same company, Cathy was ready for a new challenge and was introduced to AllSearch Recruiting via a mutual connection. Cathy’s passion for recruiting is undeniable and she joined AllSearch in hopes to continue to make life-changing connections for both candidates and companies across the nation.
