Ross Derring, is our new management and operations recruiter in the Construction Division. Ross was born and raised in South Florida. He moved to Virginia where he currently lives and works. He has a long background in the residential and commercial construction industry and studied Cybersecurity at Southern New Hampshire University. Before working for AllSearch he spent most of his career in the field working on custom homes in the southeast Virginia area, then working for Bradley Morris Military recruiting firm as a senior recruiter prior to coming to AllSearch. Ross chose to work for AllSearch because he enjoys helping people land the career of their dreams and help to be a positive influencer for clients and candidates likewise.
