AllSearch Recruiting, located in Downtown York, PA, has the pleasure of introducing our New Member Kiersten Bushaala, to the Fire Protection Division. Our Fire Protection Recruiting Team targets the very best sales and management talent within the realm of commercial fire protection, as well as with mechanical contractor service firms dedicated to the fire protection trade. Kelsie Bivona started the Fire Protection Division, and it has quickly grown into a powerhouse team. Kiersten Bushaala joined the team this year, due to client demand.
The Fire Protection Division works in between fire protection companies and candidates, determining what both parties need to be successful for the long-term. A mission based on creating a true win/win result for everyone involved, and being a true extension of their clients’ team, is one of the primary reasons this team has been so successful.
Kiersten was born and raised in a small town in Colorado. She grew up in a big family and is 1 of 9 kids. So sharing the bathroom and hoping your siblings wouldn’t eat your snacks was a very regular thing. Kiersten enjoys spending time with her 2 pups Daisy May and Russel Wilson, being outside, and is an avid Crossfitter for the past 7 years. Giving back to the community and helping people has always been her passion. Before starting her career as a recruiter Kiersten was a fulltime fitness instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition coach. She found not only a community through her fitness journey but a family and other ways to give back to the community. Kiersten wanted to continue to help people on a much larger scale, so she branched out and found AllSearch. There is endless opportunities to make a difference in people’s lives and getting to place someone with the right company at the right time has been so incredibly rewarding.
