As AllSearch continues to find their way through the post-pandemic era, they aren’t slowing down. 2021’s hiring plan includes expanding recruiting efforts outside of the Central PA area and targeting industry specific talent no matter where they’re located. In addition to a broader hiring focus, leadership has also been working to find new ways to onboard remote teammates and ensure they integrate quickly with the team. Mike has done just that, making his first placement within his first month!

Mike was born in Charleston South Carolina into a Navy family and lived around submarine bases for most of his childhood. He was an athlete and competitive diver all through middle/high school and into college where he attended Old Dominion University and received a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. After graduation Mike chose to stay in Virginia Beach where he became the Director of Health and Wellness for the Hilltop YMCA. After a few years Mike’s career path took a hard left turn which led him to the world of recruiting where he spent almost 4 years helping transitioning military veterans find their next career in the civilian sector. Unfortunately, when the quarantine hit he was laid off from his previous firm ultimately leading him to his new home with AllSearch! In his spare time you can find Mike in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, socializing with friends, working on his truck/driving on the beaches in the outer banks, surfing, wakeboarding, skating, or basically doing anything out doors.
